I am not sure the contact person appreciated that. Some of my questions were not entirely answered. Everything is organized on the site and the mobile app for my-cpe. Anna helped me through the chat to finally get the certification classes purchased. I could not get the program to display the purchase button and she was able to fix it. I was given the information that I needed to be able to get my education credits.

I needed the Ethics course that the CFP Board requires as a 2 credit CE. When the certificate showed the wrong date, I thought, what my cpe llc google review do I do now. I appreciate the personal touches provided by MyCPE. They have a great database of classes we can take for credit.
